Well-maintained hotel with garden views and efficient and extremely friendly staff. Stunning and lovely location to vineyards, easy to get around. Close to restaurants nearby, sightseeing, and a roadside cafe for dinner.

Amazing location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Twin room with inefficient air con, beautiful medieval windows with a great view, as example accommodated us perfectly. The staff were efficient and amiable all of the time.

We had a fantastic time at Pousada Castelo De. The beautifully restored 15th Century castle in a quiet little town was the perfect getaway for us. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the wifi and TV worked well. We enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced dinner at the restaurant, with a special view of the castle courtyard. The swimming pool and gardens with the orange grove added to the beauty of the castle. Highly recommended!

The castle itself was absolutely beautiful, with a charming and historical atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, with stunning views of the surrounding gardens. the food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of dishes to choose from.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The maintenance of the grounds and swimming pool could have been better, as some areas seemed a bit neglected.

Magnificent location to close the windows as the otherwise lovely town square turns into an open air bar at night. Just off Evora for day of sightseeing, a renovated castle, and other restuarants all through Portugal.
